We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner who wants meaningful geriatric care, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to practice independently in a mission-driven environment.

You’ll step into a proactive primary care role serving geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and private residences. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage chronic conditions to reduce hospitalizations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in telehealth visits when needed.

You’ll practice in Homosassa Springs, Florida, a growing Gulf Coast community offering outdoor recreation, natural springs, and access to Citrus County while maintaining a relaxed lifestyle.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an active Florida APRN license
• You have a DEA license
• Geriatric or primary care experience preferred but not required
• Experience with eClinical Works preferred
• You demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills
• You are comfortable working independently in community settings
