VA - FP shifts in Chesapeake - March 30-June 26

Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for Mondays & Fridays and some Saturdays from March 30-June 30 at their Corporate Health center in Chesapeake, VA. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday 7:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday 7:00am-5:30pm, both with a 30-minute lunch break, and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are March 30, April 18, 20, 24, & 27, May 1, 2, 4, 8, 15, 16, 18, 22, 29, & 30, and June 5, 12, 19, & 26.
