Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Integrative & Functional Medicine
Location: Richmond, VA

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in Primary Care and Functional/Integrative Medicine to join our Richmond team. You’ll provide patient-centered care, perform lab testing, diagnose, and create treatment plans that address the root causes of health issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care for all ages using integrative and functional medicine approaches
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform lab testing related to gut health, hormones, and other areas
- Follow up with patients and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:
- NP license in Virginia
- 3+ years’ NP experience
- Strong knowledge of Primary Care and Functional/Integrative Medicine
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented and patient-focused
