Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, Depending on Experience (DOE)

Introduction:
Our well-established primary care practice in Rio Rancho is hiring a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to deliver patient-centered medical services. This role focuses on prevention, wellness, and comprehensive treatment of both acute and long-term conditions. You will work alongside a collaborative clinical team committed to improving community health outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in the provision of continuity of care.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, manage patient care, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of illnesses.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuing education activities to maintain current knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active New Mexico NP license and national board certification (Family, Adult, or Primary Care preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and current CPR certification
