Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive healthcare services within a campus-based educational setting in Ogden, Utah. This role focuses on delivering high-quality primary and preventive care to a diverse student population while maintaining strong clinical documentation and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive healthcare services, screenings, and immunizations.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, wellness strategies, and disease prevention.
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with behavioral health and allied professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Participate in health promotion and campus wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and program regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Utah.
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice or related specialty).
- Strong clinical documentation and electronic health record proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing culturally competent care in a diverse environment.
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults.
- Experience in community health, school-based health, or federally funded programs.
