Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and episodic illnesses.
- Develop individualized care plans and manage medications.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Michigan.
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).
- Primary care experience preferred.
- Strong medication management skills and ability to handle urgent visits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
