50049 – APP Family Medicine Locum Role:

· Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p

· Census: 20 patients per day.

· EMR: EPIC

· Five locations open – select the site with the nearest commute.

Requirements of the APP Family Medicine Locum role:

· GA state license; active, unrestricted.

· CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained – work and education)

· Board Certified – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
