Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for April 9, 10, & 13 at their Corporate Health Center in Greeley, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 11am-12pm. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
