Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for March 23, 25, & 26 at their Corporate Health Center in Indianapolis, IN. Provider will see ages 2+ for acute episodic care and 12+ for Primary Care and physicals. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 6:00am-3:00pm and Thursday 9:00am-3:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. DOT certification and DEA are preferred.
