Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in Florence, Colorado. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care within a structured and supportive clinical environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, clinically confident, and committed to delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible 8-hour and 10-hour shift options

Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $145,000 – $148,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic patient care
- Conduct patient assessments including physical examinations and medical history reviews
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Diagnose medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Treat injuries and address urgent medical concerns
- Perform minor procedures using local anesthesia when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary
- Identify early indicators of physical or mental health conditions
- Provide emergency treatment when a physician is not immediately available

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in any U.S. state
- AANP certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
