Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care team in Brooklyn, NY. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative and supportive environment. - Monday–Friday schedule, enjoy your weekends off!

Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 per year (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and other evidence-based treatments
- Develop and implement individualized patient management plans
- Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early disease detection
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York
- 2–3 years of experience in a primary care setting
- Medicaid credentials required
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
- Comfortable with electronic health record (EHR) systems
