· PPD: 2-3 per hour

· EMR: Athena

· Census: patients ages 2 yrs and older.

· Clinic: On-site at the businesses, some are stand-alone clinics.

· Coverage: 3/31, 4/1-4/8

Requirements of the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Locum role:

· MD state license; active, unrestricted. & DEA

· Certificates required: BLS/ACLS

· Experience - Primary Care/Acute Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care

· CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained – work and education)
