Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with primary care experience to join our Richmond team. The role includes well and sick visits, medication management, and delivering patient-centered care in a concierge practice environment. Functional Medicine experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct well and sick visits for primary care patients
Manage medications and treatment plans
Provide ongoing patient education and preventive care
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in family or internal medicine
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Ability to work independently in a concierge care setting
Functional Medicine experience is a plus
