Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for April 23, 27, & 30 and then May 4-August 28 at their Corporate Health center in Titusville, FL. Provider will see ages 6 & up to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Clinic hours are Monday & Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00am-3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, Friday 7:00am-1:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this position. Provider must also be DOT Certified and have active DEA Certificate in Florida. Detailed shift needs are April 23 27, & 30; May 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29, & 30; June 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, & 30; July 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, & 31; and August 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, & 28.
