We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy primary care
practice in Henderson, NV. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
Manage routine, acute, and chronic conditions across adult populations
Conduct preventive care visits, including Medicare wellness exams
Perform pre-operative evaluations and review diagnostic results
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and monitor patient outcomes in accordance with regulations
Educate patients on treatment plans, disease prevention, and overall wellness
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and collaborate with care teams

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Nevada
DEA certification required
Graduate of an accredited NP program
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
