Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) practice in Plano, TX. This role focuses on non-surgical musculoskeletal and pain management care in a procedure-driven environment. New graduates with strong clinical interest and experienced providers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal and pain conditions
Perform joint injections, trigger point injections, and regenerative therapies
Develop and implement evidence-based, function-focused treatment plans
Interpret imaging and diagnostic results to guide care decisions
Prescribe and manage non-narcotic medications as appropriate
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery goals
Document clinical encounters and procedures accurately in the EMR
Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
Experience in PM&R, musculoskeletal, or outpatient rehab preferred
Proficiency or interest in injection-based procedures preferred
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
Ability to manage a steady, procedure-focused patient volume
Spanish-speaking skills a plus
