Job Description
Schedule / Call:
- Full-time or part-time available
- 20–40 hours/week (flexible; client needs ~60 hours total coverage)
- Mon, Wed, Fri 8a-5p.
- Tues/Thursday 8a-8p.
- Sat 8a-12p
- May include 2 weekends per month
Assignment Details:
- Outpatient primary care
- 25–30 patients/day
- Adult + pediatric population (peds experience preferred)
- Independent practice environment
Responsibilities include:
- Managing patient panels
- Preventive care and wellness visits
- Acute and chronic care management
- Referrals and care coordination
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Family Nurse Practitioner
- Ideally 3+ years experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Peds expertise preferred
Credentialing: 30–45 days
