Overview:
A well-established primary care practice in Albuquerque is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care. This role focuses on prevention, wellness, and the treatment of acute and chronic conditions while working collaboratively with a dedicated clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active New Mexico NP license and national board certification
Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Current CPR certification
