Our primary care practice in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and patient-focused care team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary care services across adult populations in a structured weekday schedule. You will support high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and routine health conditions in adult patients
Perform preventive care services, including Medicare wellness visits
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing and lab results
Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness in compliance with regulations
Provide patient education focused on disease prevention and health maintenance
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while collaborating with care teams

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Nevada
DEA certification required
Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced primary care setting
