NEW Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Opportunity – Full-Time
Monterey County California
A well-established primary care clinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with excellent compensation and a consistent schedule.
Position Details:
- Full-time, permanent role
- Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts + every other Saturday
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Treat patients from newborns to geriatrics
- Collaborative team environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $176,000 – $233,000/year
- Full benefits package
- Stable, long-term opportunity
Requirements:
- Active California NP license
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current national certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
- Current BLS required (ACLS preferred if applicable)
- Minimum 5+ years of primary care clinic experience required
- Comfortable seeing all age groups
- Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
