***Client needs 60 hours of coverage per week. Provider can work 40, 20, or even 30 hours/week. May ask provider to work 2 weekends per month.
Mon, Wed, Fri 8a-5p.
Tues/Thursday 8a-8p.
Sat 8a-12p
Ideally want Family Med provider with PEDS expertise
Work Details:
o Patients per day: 25-30
o EMR: EPIC
o Skills required: Ideally has PEDS experience. Serves as a care provider for a panel of patients, organizes and manages the care of patients, including outpatient visits, communication with patients by mail, email or phone, inpatient care, referral for specialty care, provision of or referral for patient education for self-management, assesses health risks, promotes and provides disease prevention, and practices evidenced based medicine. Provides routine health maintenance by performing interval well visits which may include a complete history and physical, developmental assessment, risk assessment, cancer screening, and health promotion education. Follows up on any problems detected. Makes appropriate referrals for additional services required, including, nutrition, social services, behavioral health, specialty care. Provides timely and expert care to patients with acute illness.
Credentialing: 30-45 days
Ideally want someone with at least 3+ years experience.
Brazilian/Portuguese patients
Onsite lab and pharmacy
Must be comfortable working independently.
