Family Nurse Practitioner: West Bend, Wisconsin (WI)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner locum to work coverage in West Bend, Wisconsin. Length of Assignment: start 5/25/2026- 9/4/2026.

The Family NP Role(s):

• Schedule: Mon- Wed 8:30am-5pm, Fri 6am-12:30pm
• Dates- 5/25/26-9/4/2026
• Ages 2+
• Average 2-3 patients per hour
• Support: FNP and RN.
• Setting: Employee Health Clinic for employees and their families
• EMR: Athena

Requirements of the Family NP role:

• WI state license; active, unrestricted.
• Active Board certified
• Certifications – BLS and/or ACLS.
• 2-years of clinical experience
• Travel provided - Lodging only
