Job Description
Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for October 15 and November 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, & 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Bryan, OH. Provider will see ages 1 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness services, health coaching, and Occupational Medicine services. Hours are Monday 9:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00am-3:00pm, Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm, and Friday 6:00am-2:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be DOT Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care and/or Occupational Medicine to qualify for this assignment.
