Job Description
Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for May 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, & 15 at their Corporate Health clinic in Port Charlotte, FL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 5:30am-6:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break and Friday 6:00am-10:00am. Staffing model is 2 providers, 3 Medical Assistants, and 1 Behavioral Health Counselor. Candidates must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. DOT Certification is helpful, but not required.
