NEW Permanent Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity (NP/PA) – Behavioral Health (Outpatient)

We’re hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join a collaborative outpatient behavioral health clinic focused on comprehensive psychiatric care and recovery support.

Location: Central Vermont

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care
• Support patients through therapy coordination, relapse prevention, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across outpatient and inpatient services
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and care teams

What You Need:

• Master’s degree (NP) or accredited PA program completion
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or related specialty
• Active NP or PA certification and state licensure
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Certifications (as required):

• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC (role dependent)
• De-escalation/restraint training per department guidelines

Skills & Strengths:

• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
