Job Description
LOCUM Corrections Family Medicine NP *141075: South, Wisconsin
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 26 weeks
- Credentialing: 30-45 days
- Schedule: 3 days/week - M-F, up to 24 hours
- IP/FP experience needed
- Corrections are ideal but not required
- The population served is adult males, older, with multiple comorbidities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience at the provider level.
- Types of visits: sick call, follow-up appointments, chronic care, urgent care
- Support staff onsite: Nursing
- Inmate population: 1,033 males
- Average Age: 40-43 years
- Medium Security
