Our outpatient primary care clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care in a high-volume, patient-focused setting. This role offers flexible per diem coverage with strong clinical support and streamlined workflow through on-site scribe assistance. The position is ideal for providers seeking supplemental income with full schedule control.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing and lab results
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and care team members as needed
Document patient encounters with on-site scribe support

Qualifications:
Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or AGNP)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Hospitalist settings
Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
