Overview:
Our outpatient clinic in Cliffside Park, New Jersey is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide full-spectrum primary care services for adult patients. This role focuses on clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and care coordination within a structured team-based setting. Our environment supports efficient workflow and consistent provider collaboration.

Position Offers:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Compensation: $125,000–$145,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient histories and physical examinations
Identify, diagnose, and manage medical conditions
Create and adjust individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications within scope and regulatory guidelines
Order and evaluate diagnostic and laboratory testing
Deliver patient education on prevention and disease management
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare staff
Document all encounters accurately in the medical record

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
Experience in primary care preferred
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to function independently in a clinical setting
Spanish fluency required for new graduates
