NEW REMOTE Chair – Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program Opportunity
A respected private college in the Northeast is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee its graduate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program. This is a fully remote leadership opportunity for a candidate passionate about graduate nursing education, faculty mentorship, student success, and program growth.
This role will lead all aspects of the FNP program including curriculum oversight, accreditation support, faculty supervision, advising, and student outcomes while collaborating closely with academic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the FNP program
- Supervise and mentor faculty and advisors
- Support curriculum development and accreditation efforts
- Guide graduate nursing students through progression and certification success
- Participate in recruitment, retention, and program evaluation initiatives
- Teach 2 graduate nursing courses annually
Qualifications:
- MSN and Family Nurse Practitioner certification required
- Terminal nursing degree preferred
- Active Massachusetts FNP license required
- Experience in graduate nursing education and academic leadership strongly preferred
- Strong background in online education, student advising, and curriculum development
- Experience with Canvas LMS and academic technology platforms preferred
