Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Overview:
Our healthcare team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient setting. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Offers:
- Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends
- Competitive compensation: $160,000–$180,000 DOE

- Telehealth responsibilities completed from the office
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine wellness and sick visits for patients
- Manage and monitor chronic health conditions
- Provide medication management and treatment planning
- Deliver patient care through in-office and telehealth visits
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York
- Minimum of 1 year of related clinical experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
