Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Full Time or Part Time
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Overview:
Our outpatient practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services in a flexible full-time or part-time role. This position supports both preventive and acute care in a patient-centered setting with a balanced clinical schedule. Providers will manage a diverse caseload with built-in call structure and strong operational support.

Position Offers:

• Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Competitive compensation: $125,000–$140,000
• Call schedule every other week (phone-only)
• No calls after 10 PM or before 8 AM
• Light weekend call responsibilities

• Productivity-based bonus structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide well visits, annual exams, and preventive care services
• Manage acute visits including sick care and minor injuries such as sprains and strains
• Oversee chronic disease management and ongoing treatment plans
• Perform medication management and adjustments as needed
• Deliver patient education and care coordination across treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in rotating phone-only call coverage

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania nurse practitioner license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient practice preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to manage a broad scope of general medical conditions
