Overview:
Our outpatient neurology-focused practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide ongoing patient care and clinical follow-up services. This role involves evaluating follow-up patients, reviewing diagnostic results, and supporting continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Offers:
• Flexible schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive Compensation: $62–$68 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage follow-up patient visits in an outpatient setting
• Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results
• Support ongoing care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care recommendations as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate results and care plans to patients
• Coordinate care to ensure continuity and quality outcomes

Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York State (or eligibility prior to start date)
• Certification as an NP (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)
• Experience or strong interest in neurology
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
