Overview:
Our established primary care practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient care for a diverse patient population. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply for this opportunity focused on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient health management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform well visits, sick visits, annual physicals, and comprehensive patient assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications as needed
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation

Qualifications:
• Current California Nurse Practitioner license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred (medical Spanish only)
• Primary care experience and Emergency Room experience as an RN or NP preferred
