Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care/Employee Health to work locum shifts in Ohio (OH). Starting ASAP. The role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Mon 9am to 5pm

Tues, Weds, 7am to 3pm

Thurs, 10am to 6pm

Fri, 6am to 2pm

Mon 9am to 5pm

Tues, Weds, 7am to 3pm

Thurs, 10am to 6pm

Fri, 6am to 2pm

• Ages of children – 1 & up

• Onsite Dispensing: yes

• Any additional skills, information that will help find the right candidate – DOT certified, Occ Health, minor procedures, health coaching

DOT not required

Requirements of the Primary Care/ Employee Health role:

• OH state license; active, unrestricted
• Active Board certified
• Certification – BLS and DEA
• 2 years of NP Family/Primary Care experience
