Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Primary Care
Location: Albuquerque, NM

Overview:
Our healthcare team in Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient setting. This opportunity offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, light patient volume, and strong work–life balance with no nights or weekends.

Position Offers:

• Full-time Monday–Friday or part-time Monday–Wednesday schedule options
• No nights or weekend shifts
• Competitive compensation: $100,000–$130,000 (DOE)
• Productivity bonus opportunities

• $1,000 CME allowance
• Light patient volume in a supportive clinical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
• Conduct annual physicals and preventive health evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification
• Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience
• Strong communication and patient management skills
