Overview:
Our healthcare team in Cliffside Park is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary and urgent care services in a collaborative outpatient setting. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive daytime schedule with no nights or weekends while delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Position Offers:
• Full-time Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• No nights or weekend shifts
• Competitive salary range of $125,000–$145,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care and urgent care services for patients of all ages
• Conduct well visits, sick visits, and routine follow-up appointments
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills preferred
• Prior primary care or urgent care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
