Location: Henderson, NV

Overview:
Our Nurse Practitioner (NP) Primary Care role is a full-time, permanent position in Henderson, NV within a supportive clinical setting. This role focuses on providing comprehensive adult primary care including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute, chronic, and routine conditions. The schedule offers Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with weekends off and a consistent work structure.

• Salary range $110,000–$130,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including histories and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and routine health conditions in adult patients
• Perform preventive care services including Medicare wellness visits
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness in compliance with regulations
• Provide patient education focused on disease prevention and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while collaborating with care teams

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Nevada
• DEA certification required
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced primary care setting
