Job Description

Seeking an experienced Family Practice or Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the East Bay, about 30 minutes from San Francisco, near Hayward, CA.

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Monday-Friday 8a-5pm
Open to full or part-time (very flexible on your preference)
NO Call
Typically see approximately 16 ppd (8hrs) - give ramp-up time for new providers
All ages or Adults
Seeking candidates with 5+ years NP/PA experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Excellent clinical leadership
Family atmosphere and excellent employee retention
Once a month, get together for all providers to bond and socialize
EPIC EMR
Quest lab onsite
NHSCH Scholarship approved site
Salary starting at $69-87/hr depending on experience (87/hr would be for 20+ years experience), sign-on, full benefits, CME's, eligible for loan repayment, etc.
