NP/PA-Electrophysiology locum position in Flagstaff, Arizona (AZ)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work locum shifts in Flagstaff, Arizona (AZ) starting 08/17/2026. The role offers ongoing coverage and a competitive market rate.

The Electrophysiology role:

Location: Flagstaff, Arizona (AZ)

Start date: 08/17/2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• No call required • Hospital and possible clinic shifts • 1-hour lunch included

• Coverage needed 3–4 weeks per month minimum

• Multiple scheduled coverage blocks from August 2026 through March 2027

• August 24–28, 2026
• August 31–September 4, 2026
• September 14–18, 2026
• September 21–25, 2026
• September 28–October 2, 2026
• October 5–9, 2026
• October 12–16, 2026
• October 19–23, 2026
• November 16–20, 2026
• November 23–27, 2026
• December 21–25, 2026
• January 25–29, 2027
• February 22–26, 2027
• March 1–5, 2027

• Acute Care Hospital • 268 beds

• Adult patient population • Busy Electrophysiology service

• Approximately 14 clinic patients per day

• EP physician support available

• Hospital and clinic coverage

EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

Arizona license, active and unrestricted

Board Certified NP or PA required

DEA required; m

minimum 1 year Electrophysiology experience;

COVID and flu vaccine compliance required
