Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting ASAP-October 5 at their Corporate Health clinic in Owensboro, KY. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodoc care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 6:00am-3:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 11am-12pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 1-2pm, and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. KY DEA is required.
