Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts starting November 9-December 23 at their Corporate Health clinic in Storm Lake, IA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are November 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, & 25 and December 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, & 23.
