Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate clinician dedicated to breaking down healthcare barriers for vulnerable and underserved populations. You will meet patients wherever they are -- both in person and via telehealth -- to foster an empowering, collaborative outpatient practice where care plans are co-created with families to reach their wellness milestones.
Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our partner's team in South Austin.

Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients 18 and up
  • Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care.
  • Ability to provide a variety of services including chronic disease management, physicals, perform Pap smear/women's wellness exams (WWE), routine check-ups, illness treatment, medication management, etc.

Qualifications
  • Current, active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Strong, recent experience in Primary Care/Family Medicine
  • Relevant Master's degree
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus!

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation is $117K per year plus generous stipend based on years of relatable experience
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays, 9 AM - 1 PM (once a quarter)
