Job Description

Primary Duties:

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity near Boise, Idaho! Our client is actively seeking an FNP to join their experienced, welcoming team and make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality care to the surrounding rural community. This is a great opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while enjoying a supportive team environment and strong compensation.
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Deliver preventive care, patient education, and follow-up while collaborating with specialists and the care team to provide high-quality, culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
Position highlights:

  • Within 40 minutes of Boise
  • Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
  • Strong Competitive Annual Salary starting at minimum $130K+ Base Up / DOE
  • Community: Semi-Rural Location, Beautiful City, Outdoor & Recreation, proximity to the airport, & more!
  • Patient Population: All ages
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Malpractice: Covered
  • Patient Population: All Ages

Requirements:

2+ years of FNP experience
Rural health experience is a plus, but not required
Collaborative approach and willingness to work cohesively with the clinic team
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not mandatory
