Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for September 9, 16, 23, 28, & 30, October 1, 2, 5, 12, 19, & 26, and November 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Louisville, KY. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
