Overview:
Our primary care practice in Henderson is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive care to adult patients. This role offers a supportive, team-based clinical environment with a consistent weekday schedule.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Full-time position
• Salary range $110,000–$130,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including histories and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and routine health conditions in adult patients
• Perform preventive care services including Medicare wellness visits
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness in compliance with regulations
• Provide patient education focused on disease prevention and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while collaborating with care teams

Qualifications:

• Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in Nevada
• DEA certification required
• 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced primary care setting
