We are excited to share our brand-new Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Southern Los Angeles, California. Our client is actively seeking to speak with interested candidates to join their experienced and friendly staff and help serve the local community. The ideal candidate will be board-certified, have 3–5 years of NP experience, and be fluent in Spanish.
The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services, including patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, health education, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.

🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Provide preventive care and patient education
- Manage patients across the lifespan
- Document patient encounters accurately in NextGen EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population
✅ Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
- 3–5 years of NP experience
- Spanish fluency required
- Experience treating all ages preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work full-time
