Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts from September 12-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Melbourne, FL. Provider will see ages 6+ for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours vary per shift. September 16, 17, 18, 25, & 30, October 1, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 29, & 30, and November 12, 13, & 25, & December 9, 23, 30, & 31 are 7:00am-7:00pm, September 15 & 24 are 6:30am-7:00pm, September 29 & October 13 are 11:30am-5:00pm, and September 12 & 26 & October 10 are 8:00am-1:30pm. Full days have a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are September 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 24, 25, 26, 29, & 30, October 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 29, & 30, November 12, 13, & 25, and December 9, 23, 30, & 31.
