Women's Health Experience: Preferred

Occupational Medicine Experience: Preferred

Workers' Compensation Experience: Preferred

• 2 Medical Assistants (MAs)
• 1 Health Coach
• 1 Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS)

Requirements of the Family Medicine role:

• Active IN license
• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• BLS
• Active Board Certification
