Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for December 11, 18, 21, & 28 at their Corporate Health clinic in Florence, KY. Provider will see employees for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits including well woman, and travel medicine. Hours are Monday & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment; Epic EMR knowledge is preferred. Client prefers provider who can cover all 4 available shifts.
