Overview:
Our practice in Cliffside Park is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• Full-time position
• Competitive compensation: $125,000–145,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
• Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized patient care and management plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Provide patient and family education on disease prevention and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in New Jersey
• Prior primary care experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish required for new graduates
